Hi Ted , Hi All,  The weather has certainly been cold to say the least, But I am managing to keep warm, but always glad to get back indoors  from being out, Thailand will seem very hot after this climate, many Thai people who come here and get acclimatised find Thailand too hot when they go back, I am actually Chinese by Birth, but was brought up in Thailand by my Parents after they moved to Thailand. and China can be a lot colder than here in the UK.  Chilli.  ………………..Bob.. Hi All Hope everyone is well and dont have to many icicles hanging . certainly Brass Monkey weather to say the least. Roll on summer if we are going to get one next year.From what the forecasters say we are going to get a lot more of what we are having, but when have they ever been right.  Take care all. Hi one and all. have returned, to the UK  arrived home. arrived back in Bridlington. (Siberia) on Saturday after a struggle through heavy snow  and three foot drifts on the roads. avoiding cars and vans that had come to grief, what a shock to the system coming from 30 degrees C to minus 1 C. it was a shock to me so I am sure you can imagine the shock it would be for Chilli. her first time of seeing snow and a UK winter. more a culture shock, felt like jumping back on a plane to Thailand, and getting back to the warmth.

we had a beautiful time on a tropical Island called Kho Kong. an Island off the coast of Cambodia, lots of swimming and Scuba diving, it was amazing to swim with  the fish, so many different species. the water so warm it was lovely, the food was excellent well served with good service, the Chalet was a original Cambodian , thatched with coconut palms,  that was the only danger , coconuts falling from  above, the wildlife on the island was amazing, the Lizards there are beautiful, some growing to a great size.  we had a big one as a shower partner one day, it was quite funny. I managed to get it out of the shower before they came to catch it and eat it. Its a cambodian dish they delight in eating.

Hi All,  here comes another bus Richard , this road is getting busy,  Andrew we have had  a much better summer over on this side of the country, i must admit it was better in Thailand, but all in all its been a much better summer over here thanks to the Pennine chain.

Hello one and all, it has indeed been a better summer Andrew, one of these days i will time it right to go out on the boat with you, never had a trip on it yet hehe, maybe I should buy one. one like Teds , then i have two choices of boats..yes. sounds like Teds been taking a dip in  the briny changing clothes, at least it warm, Janette is certainly going through the mill with her problems Bless her, always seem to bump into Janette at the mace shop and we have a chat. good to know all are all well Andrew, we have to keep going whatever comes our way.

Soon Peter and Barbara will be jetting off to the sunny climes again lucky you, enjoy while you can thats what i say. make hay while the sun shines, ands it looks like its going to be another warm and sunny day here again, more hay to make.

Greetings all. wow I actually managed to get on the famiy Blog, Hope everyone is well.  Its beautiful here in Bridlington wall to wall sunshine and very warm, Now Richard how did you come across singsnap and know the name Roboticus..?  hope all is well there, sounds like you have been having fun with builders like our brother Peter.

I will be posting some pics of my recent travels when i get my desktop back on line, i am on a laptop with vista and my scanner and printer are not being made compatable with vista, more money for the  makers of such things.  more later  bye for now  Bob

Well here we are 06.15 Christmas Day morning, Happy Christmas everyone, Why am I up so early..?  Well the bird would not get in the oven by itself, had to use a bit of friendly persuasion, then it complained it was hot, and it complaned about being stuffed too, Oh well, such is life , Poor Bird. Have wonderful Christmas everyone , I am hehe. off to Matthews For Dinner, Oh yes I was cooking the bird to take with us.

I tried posting a pic of Mother with Caitlyn last posting, I must have not have got it right, so here goes again.
